The Performance Appraisal and Reward Mechanism of College Counselors in Qinghai Province

摘要 高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的主力军。青海省各高校以《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》(教育部令第43号)为指导,制定了不同的考核方案与奖励机制。该文以青海省各高校辅导员考核形式和奖励机制为研究对象,分析了现行考核制度中的不足之处,并提出了对青海省高校辅导员绩效考核与奖励机制的建议:通过建立五位一体的考核机制、建立显性奖励与隐性奖励相结合的激励机制、回归辅导员工作职责主业、建立责权利相统一的奖惩机制等渠道,发挥辅导员考核的激励作用。 College counselors are the main force to carry out the ideological and political education of college students.Colleges and universities in Qinghai Province have formulated different assessment schemes and reward mechanisms under the guidance of"Regulations on the construction of counselors’team in ordinary colleges and universities"(Decree No.43 of the Ministry of Education).This paper takes the evaluation form and reward mechanism of College Counselors in Qinghai Province as the research object,analyzes the shortcomings of the current evaluation system,and puts forward suggestions for the performance evaluation and reward mechanism of College Counselors in Qinghai Province:through the establishment of a five in one evaluation mechanism,the establishment of an incentive mechanism combining explicit and implicit rewards,returning to the main work of counselors and building a The system of rewards and punishments with the unity of responsibility and right can play an important role in the assessment and encouragement of counselors.
