The Path and Strategy of Cultivating Innovative Spirit of Medical College Students in the New Era

教育改革以来,我国的教育领域一直将创新能力作为学生综合素质培养的核心,创新能力的提升不仅能够高升学生的个人基本技能水平,也能够进一步促使领域内的行业不断进行发展。该文首先分析了医学院校大学生创新精神涉及的领域,其次,分析了当前医学院校在大学生创新精神培养方面的可为之处。最后,就医学院校培养大学生创新精神的路径及措施提出建议。意在能够为当前的医学院校教学模式提供新的方向和途径,同时也可以进一步提升医学生的综合能力和创新素养。

Since the education reform,the innovation ability has been regarded as the core of students'comprehensive quality training in the education field of our country.The improvement of innovation ability can not only improve students'basic skills,but also further promote the continuous development of the industry in the field,so this paper is based on the background of medical colleges and universities.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic connotation of the innovative spirit of medical college students.Second,it analyzes the current medical college students in the cultivation of innovative spirit.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the path and measures to cultivate the innovative spirit of medical college students.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new direction and way for the current teaching mode of medical colleges,and to further improve the comprehensive ability and innovative quality of medical students.
