创新创业教育融入成人高等教育的思考

On the Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Adult Higher Education

成人高等教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,决定着高等教育发展水平。随着时代的发展,传统的教育方式已经不能满足人才培养的需求,更不利于促进人才的全面发展,因此,转变人才培养方式迫在眉睫。为了有效解决就业问题,可以在成人高等教育中融入创新创业教育。该文首先分析了在成人高等教育中融入创新创业教育的重要作用,然后重点阐述了在成人高等教育中融入创新创业教育的具体策略。

Adult higher education is an important part of China’s education system,which determines the development level of higher education.With the development of The Times,the traditional way of education has been unable to meet the needs of talent training,more detrimental to the all-round development of talents,it is urgent to change the way of talent training.In order to solve the employment problem effectively,the education of innovation and entrepreneurship can be integrated into adult higher education.This paper first analyzes the important role of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into adult higher education,and then focuses on the specific strategies of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into adult higher education.
