摘要
残疾学生毕业后频繁离职换岗一直是特殊教育院校面对的就业难题;残疾人在竞争性就业方面的弱势也一直是实现残疾人高层次就业的症结;残疾人大学生就业后能否获得必要的无障碍环境设施和社会服务,是决定能否实现稳定就业,实现个人价值,全面参与社会生产、生活的重要因素之一。该文从残疾人面临的生活环境、工作环境、通勤状况、人际适应几个方面进行研究,探讨如何进行社会无障碍环境的建设和完善以更好的保障残疾人就业稳定性,推动残疾人融合就业。
Frequent resignation of disabled students after graduation has always been an employment problem that special education institutions have to face,and the disadvantage of disabled persons in competitive employment has always been the crux of achieving high-level employment for disabled persons.Whether the disabled college students can obtain the necessary barrier-free environment facilities and social services after employment is one of the vital factors to determine whether they can achieve stable employment,realize their personal value and fully participate in social production and life.This article studies the living environment,working environment,commuting conditions,and interpersonal adaptation faced by the disabled,and discusses how to build and improve the social barrier-free environment to better ensure the stability of the employment of the disabled and promote the integrated employment of the disabled.
