基于产教融合的现代高职就业指导服务体系的构建

The Construction of Modern Vocational Employment Guidance Service System based on the Integration of Industry and Education

随着现代教育体系的不断改革创新,校企合作、产教融合作为一种新的教学模式与理念,在一定程度上为职业教育的进一步发展提供了机会和平台,切实促进行业企业成为重要的办学主体,推动教育改革和人才开发,从真正意义上满足地区产业和区域发展的实际需求。但目前针对高职就业指导服务体系的建设和完善,产教融合并没有得到有效的贯彻落实,整体上缺乏系统性和科学性,未能满足社会企业发展的需要,这些问题阻碍着教育工作的有序开展。基于此,该文首先深刻阐述了产教融合背景下建设现代高职就业指导服务体系的意义,其后就当前高职就业指导服务体系建设面临的主要问题进行了分析,最后提出了一系列产教融合背景下高职就业指导服务体系的构建策略及措施。

With the continuous reform and innovation of modern education system,school enterprise cooperation,integration of industry and education,as a new teaching mode and concept,to a certain extent,provides opportunities and platforms for the further development of vocational education,practically promotes the industrial enterprises to become an important school running subject,promotes education reform and talent development,and truly meets the reality of regional industry and regional development International demand.However,in view of the construction and improvement of the vocational employment guidance service system,the integration of industry and education has not been effectively implemented,and the overall lack of systematicness and scientificity,divorced from the needs of the development of social enterprises,all of these problems hinder the orderly development of education.Based on this,this paper first expounds the significance of building a modern vocational employment guidance service system under the background of the integration of industry and education,then analyzes the main difficulties faced by the construction of the current vocational employment guidance service system,and finally puts forward a series of construction strategies and measures of the vocational employment guidance service system under the background of the integration of industry and education.
