高职院校“教研产服”四位一体育人平台的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of "Teaching, Research,Production and Service" Four-in-one Education Platform in Higher Vocational Colleges

校企合作、产教深度融合,推动企业深度参与协同育人,建立健全多元化办学格局是当前我国产业升级和经济结构调整不断加快的背景下,职业教育发展的必然趋势。该文分析了校企共建的"教研产服"四位一体育人平台在运行及发展中所依赖的因素,建立确保系统内在结构得以完善、外化功能得以实现的各项机制,以期为构建面向未来、适合社会经济发展的现代高职院校的协作育人平台提供指导。

Under the background of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring in China,the development of vocational education is an inevitable trend under the background of the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education,promoting the deep participation of enterprises in collaborative education,and establishing and perfecting the diversified pattern of running a school.This paper analyzes the factors in the operation and development of the"teaching,research,production and service"platform jointly built by colleges and enterprises,and establishes various mechanisms to ensure that the internal structure of the system can be improved and the external functions can be realized,so as to provide guidance for the construction of a cooperative education platform for the future and suitable for the social and economic development of modern vocational colleges.
