跨境电商背景下应用型外语人才培养模式初探

随着信息技术的快速发展和国家相关政策的扶持,跨境电商已经成为不可忽视的经济增长点,与此同时,对外语类人才的需求也明显增大。高校人才培养应该与社会发展的实际需求相吻合,应用型外语人才的培养也应该符合此原则。该文首先对当下应用型外语人才的培养现状进行了分析,阐述了其中存在的主要问题,然后在此基础上讨论了高校应如何适应时代发展的需求,调整应用型外语人才培养模式,从而更好地满足社会和企业的需要。

With the rapid development of information technology and the support of relevant national policies,cross-border e-commerce has become an economic growth point that cannot be ignored.At the same time,the demand for foreign language talents has also increased significantly.The process of talent training in universities should be consistent with the actual needs of social development.In the context of the rapid rise of cross-border e-commerce,the training process of applied foreign language talents should also conform to this principle.This article first analyzes the current status of the training of applied foreign language talents,expounds the main problems,and then discusses how colleges and universities should adapt to the needs of the development of the times,adjust the training mode of applied foreign language talents,and better to meet the needs of society and enterprises.
