Research on Countermeasures to Improve the Core Quality of Secondary Vocational Tourism Management Majors Oriented by Skill Competition

近年来,职业学校越来越重视对学生核心素养的培养,技能大赛对学生核心素养的提升有显著作用。该文探讨了以技能大赛为导向的中职旅游管理专业学生核心素养的提升对策,通过树立典型,激发学生的竞争意识,加强师资队伍建设;通过举办不同类型的比赛,激发学生创新思维能力和情绪协调能力,加强校企合作,提升学生技能大赛实践体验。从生理、心理、知识技能和科学素养等方面促进学生的全面发展,提升学生核心素养。

In recent years,vocational schools pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students’core literacy,and skills competition plays a significant role in improving students’core literacy.This paper discusses the measures to improve the core quality of Secondary Vocational Tourism Management Students Guided by skills competition.By setting up typical examples,we can stimulate students’competitive consciousness and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.By holding different types of competitions,we can stimulate students’innovative thinking ability and emotional coordination ability,strengthen school enterprise cooperation,and improve the practical experience of students’skills competition.From the aspects of physiology,psychology,knowledge and skills and scientific literacy,we can promote the comprehensive development of students and enhance their core literacy.
