摘要
该文以西部某高职院校学前教育专业为例,通过调查合作单位、用人单位对学前教育毕业生的认同情况,研究人才培养质量的不足与改进方法。调查结果显示:幼教机构对学前教育专业人才培养质量整体比较满意;思想道德和职业技能认同度较高;专业理论情况、稳定与发展情况认同度相对较低;有关于专业理论总结与运用等综合素养评价相对较低;优化课程体系、改革实践教学方法、加强文字总结能力的培养,有利于提高人才培养质量。
This paper takes Preschool Education of a vocational college in western China as an example and studies the deficiency and improvement methods of talent training quality by investigating the identification of cooperation units and employers on preschool education graduates.The investigation shows that Preschool education institutions are generally satisfied with the quality of preschool education professionals.Specifically,the ideological morality and vocational skills are highly recognized,while the recognition of professional theory,stability and development and the evaluation of summarizing and applying professional theory and comprehensive quality are relatively low.Consequently,optimizing the course system,reforming the practice teaching method and strengthening training students’writing and summarizing abilities are conducive to improving the quality of talent training.
