现代学徒制“双导师”队伍的建设与考核机制的探索与实践——以宝玉石鉴定与加工专业现代学徒制试点项目为例 被引量:3

摘要 该文在新疆职业大学宝玉石鉴定与加工专业国家首批现代学徒制试点项目的基础上,依托校企共建和田玉文化创意产业园,建立了"双导师"建设管理机制;探索并实践了基于校企合作的"双导师"运行模式;制定并实施了"双导师"考核考评机制和方法;根据实践内容归纳总结了"双导师"师资队伍的建设与考核经验,可为今后现代学徒制"双导师"队伍建设与考核工作提供重要依据。 Based on the first batch national pilot project of modern apprenticeship for the gem jade identification and processing major of Xinjiang Vocational University,relying on the Hetian Jade Cultural and Creative Industrial Park jointly built by schools and enterprises,this paper established a"dual tutor"construction management mechanism;explores and practices the"double tutor"operation mode based on school enterprise cooperation,formulates and implements the evaluation mechanism and method of"double tutor"according to the the practice content summarizes the construction and assessment experience of"double tutor"teaching staff,which provides an important basis for the construction and assessment of"double tutor"team of modern apprenticeship in the future.
