随着时代的飞速发展,独立学院辅导员工作中的人文关怀实践也面临着全新的挑战。现阶段大学生普遍为"90后"和"00后",一方面,其鲜明的个性特征使他们的思想普遍比较活跃,且在价值观方面逐渐倾向于多元化和差异化。同时,他们以独生子女居多,具有非常张扬的个性特点,喜欢表达和表现自己,崇尚自由,自律意识需要加强。另一方面,这些大学生在心理层面存在较多问题,相对上一代而言普遍比较脆弱。因此,独立学院辅导员应重视对学生心理层面的辅导和教育,而在此过程中人文关怀能力属于独立学院辅导员应具备的重要能力,如何有效提升其人文关怀能力促进对学生心理层面的指导成为当前研究的重点。
