“三全育人”理念下高职院校辅导员提升学生职业核心素养的路径研究 被引量:3

摘要 当下"以服务发展为宗旨,以促进就业为导向"的高职教育办学理念对培养人才的职业核心素养提出了更高的要求。这些关乎学生就业与职业发展的"软实力",是高职院校落实立德树人这一根本任务、培养学生成为德智体美劳全面发展人才的重要举措。该文结合"三全育人"理念以及辅导员在高职院校工作中扮演的角色和承担的责任,通过全员、全程、全方位的"三全育人"模式提升和培养高职学生职业核心素养。 The current higher vocational education philosophy of"taking service development as the purpose and promoting employment as the guidance"has put forward higher requirements for cultivating talents’professional core quality.These"soft power",which is related to students’employment and career development,is the fundamental task of higher vocational colleges to cultivate students with morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetics,as well as an important measure to train students to develop talents in an all-round way.Combined with the concept of"three complete education"and counselors’roles and responsibilities in the work of higher vocational colleges,this paper promotes and cultivates vocational core qualities of higher vocational students through the mode of"Three Complete Education":whole-staff,whole-process,whole-round.
