摘要
要深化新工科建设,推进新时代中西部高等教育振兴,专业课程与创新创业的融合必不可少。专业课程与创新创业的融合可以强化大学生双创能力的培养。该文探讨了食品机械设备与Triz创新理论的融合,通过发明原理、矛盾分析法融合及创新比赛等方式,不仅能够夯实学生对食品机械设备的理论知识的掌握,而且有助于加强对学生创新思维、创新意识、创新能力的培养,提升大学生双创实践能力的同时还能为食品类专业课程与创新教育的有效融合提供借鉴。
To deepen the construction of new engineering and promote the revitalization of higher education in central and Western China in the new era,the integration of professional courses and innovation and entrepreneurship is essential.The integration of professional courses and innovation and entrepreneurship can strengthen the cultivation of college students’double-innovation ability.Through the integration of invention principle,contradiction analysis and innovation competition,in this article,the integration of food machinery and equipment and equipment and Triz innovation theory cannot only consolidate students’grasp of the theoretical knowledge of food machinery and equipment,but also it helps to strengthen the cultivation of students’innovative thinking,innovative awareness and innovative ability.Additionally,it can promote and cultivate the practical ability of double innovation of college students and provide a reference for the effective integration of food professional courses and innovative education.
