药学类大学生“四位一体”就业教育路径探讨

Research on A “Four-in-one” Path for the Employment Education of Pharmaceutical College Students

在实施"健康中国"战略过程中,培养新时代的药学类专业人才是一个重要环节,做好药学类大学生的就业教育有利于学生更好地就业,也有利于为健康中国培养有用的人才。但在药学类大学生就业教育方面存在着缺少系统性、教育形式单一、缺少实践平台等问题,该文提出构建"四位一体"的药学类大学生就业教育路径,统筹考虑职业规划教育-就业教育-职业体验平台-实习基地平台四个模块的融合,形成一个能够充分调动各种元素、集聚多种资源的系统,进而提高就业教育的成效,增强学生就业能力。

In the process of implementing the"Health China"strategy,the cultivation of pharmacy professionals in the new era is an important link.Doing a good job of pharmaceutical college students’employment education is conductive to more full employment of students and is also helpful to train useful talents for the Health China strategy.However,in terms of the employment education of pharmaceutical college students,there are some problems,such as lack of systematization,single form of education,and lack of practice platform.This paper proposes to build a"four-inone"path for the employment education of pharmaceutical college students,and consider the integration of four modules,such as vocational career education,employment education,vocational experience platform and practice base platform,so as to form a system that can fully mobilize various elements,and gather multiple resources,thereby improving the effectiveness of employment education and enhancing the employability of students.
