影响高校学前教育专业本科毕业生对口就业的因素探析

Factors Influencing the Counterpart Employment of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Preschool Education

高质量幼儿教师的供给,离不开高校学前教育专业的培养和毕业生对口就业。面对学前师范生流失率高的问题,通过问卷调查和个别访谈分析了影响高校学前教育专业本科毕业生对口就业的不利因素,个体方面包括非第一志愿的专业选择、被动应付的学习态度、缺乏有效的职业规划、编制身份的就业追求;高校方面涉及有所偏颇的课程设置、打回现实的实习体验、帮助不大的就业指导;社会方面包括"看孩子"的传统观念、侧重技能的招聘标准、屈指可数的招聘名额、较低的工资待遇等。最后,为改善高校学前教育本科毕业生对口就业提出了相应建议。

The supply of high-quality preschool teachers is inseparable from the cultivation of preschool education major and the employment of graduates.Faced with the problem of high loss rate of preschool normal students,this paper analyzes the unfavorable factors that affect the employment of preschool education graduates through questionnaire survey and individual interview.The individual level includes non-first major selection,passive learning attitude,lack of effective career planning,employment pursuit of establishment status.The level of colleges and universities involves biased curriculum,shocking education practice experience,employment guidance with little help.The social level includes the traditional concept of"looking after children",the recruitment standard focusing on skills,and few recruitment quota,low salary,etc.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the employment of preschool graduates.
