在科学技术不断进步的前提下,我国生物制药产业开始逐步崛起,对生物制药相关人才的需求进一步增加,生物制药专业学生就业前景十分广阔,对实现我国生物制药产业现代化水平具有重要的意义。而如今,生物制药专业学生就业过程面临着高校缺乏职业规划的实践性和全方位性、完善就业指导信息反馈机制,学生缺乏职业规划的意识等问题。国家提出的"全员、全程、全方位"的"三全育人"理念为生物制药专业学生的就业工作提供了理论依据,高校应贯彻"三全育人"的理念,为社会培养有用的人才。

Under the premise of scientific and technological progress,China’s biopharmaceutical industry began to rise gradually,the demand for biopharmaceutical-related talents further increased,biopharmaceutical students employment prospects are very broad,to achieve the modernization level of China’s biopharmaceutical industry has an important significance.Nowadays,the employment process of biopharmaceutical students is faced with the lack of practical and all-round career planning in colleges and universities,the improvement of the feedback mechanism of employment guidance information,and the lack of awareness of vocational planning.The concept of"three-round education"put forward by the state provides a theoretical basis for the employment of biopharmaceutical students,and colleges and universities should carry out the concept of"three-round education",so as to train useful talents for society.
