大学生寝室文明建设的探索与实践——以厦门城市职业学院为例

Exploration and Practice of College Student’s Dormitory Civilization Construction——Taking Xiamen City University as An Example

寝室是大学生学习生活的重要场所,是大学生在校园中学习生活时间最长的场所。大学生寝室文明建设有助于营造良好的寝室氛围,提升大学生的综合素质,推动校园精神文明建设。针对当前大学生寝室存在的三个主要问题,即硬件设施有待提升,管理机制有待加强,部分学生思想行为存在偏差。厦门城市职业学院将学校特有的"大爱教育"理念贯穿于寝室文明建设立项活动中,充分发挥出该活动引导等待、严格约束、心理塑造、支撑培养和群体陪伴等育人功能,并采用四条途径推进活动深入开展,取得了显著成效。

Dormitory serves as an important space for college students to study and live,is the place where college students study and live for the longest time on campus.College student’s dormitory civilization construction helps to create a good dormitory atmosphere,improves college students’comprehensive quality and promotes the campus spiritual civilization construction.In view of the three main problems existing in the dormitory of college students,that is,the hardware facilities need to be improved,the management mechanism needs to be strengthened,and the students’Ideological and behavioral deviation.By implementing the school’s unique concept"Great Love for Education"throughout the dormitory civilization construction project activities,Xiamen City University has developed educational functions of the activity like guidance and waiting,strict constraints,psychological shape,support training and group accompany;it has also carried out the activity in a deep-going way by four approaches,achieving remarkable results.
