摘要
课堂是学校培养人才的主渠道、学生学习的主场所,是师生双边活动的连接点,是人才成长的起跑线。课堂学习是高职学生获取知识、提升理论素养的重要方法。但是高职学生自我控制能力差、缺乏学习动机和目标、学习习惯较差、文化基础薄弱等劣势使得课堂学习过程如一潭死水,师生之间沟通流畅性、教学衔接性越来越差。文章分析了高职课堂现状及成因,提出师生共创共建高职"金课"的理念与设计,教师与时俱进、因材施教,学生学以致用、智慧养成,从而形成教学相长、质量提升的良性课堂。
Classroom is the main channel for cultivating talents,the main place for students to study,the joint point of bilateral activities between teachers and students,and the starting line for the growth of talents.Classroom learning is an important method for higher vocational students to acquire knowledge and improve their theoretical literacy.However,the disadvantages such as poor self-control ability,lack of learning motivation and goals,poor learning habits and weak cultural foundation make the classroom learning process like a backwater,communication between teachers and students,teaching cohesion is getting worse and worse.The paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the formation of higher vocational classes,and puts forward the idea and design of teachers and students co-creating the"gold course"in higher vocational schools,that teachers should keep pace with the times,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,students should apply what they have learned and develop their wisdom,thus forms benign classroom for teaching and learning and teaching quality improvement.
