教育生态系统视角下创新创业人才培养模式变革研究

Research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Training Mode Change from the Perspective of Education Ecosystem

在我国大力推进"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,作为创新创业生态系统的子系统,创新创业教育生态系统应当着眼于培养创新创业人才各要素之间的融合和互动,在社会层面构建服务全民终生学习的教育体系,在学校层面形成贯穿教学全过程的培养方案,在学生个体层面培养学生刻苦学习勇于突破的综合能力。该文从创新创业教育生态体系构建的视角出发,通过分析梳理创新创业教育理念的演进过程,试图在提升学生自主学习和善于生涯规划能力的基础上,探寻培养范式从追求事业成功的功利价值向关注个体成长的育人价值变革的路径。

Under the background of vigorously promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation in our country,as a subsystem of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem should focus on the integration and interaction among the elements of training innovation and entrepreneurship talents,build an education system serving the whole people’s lifelong learning at the social level,and form a training program throughout the whole teaching process at the school level At the individual level,students should be trained to study hard and make breakthroughs.From the perspective of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,this paper analyzes the evolution process of innovation and entrepreneurship education concept,and tries to explore the path of the transformation of training paradigm from pursuing the utilitarian value of career success to the value of education focusing on individual growth on the basis of improving students’ability of independent learning and career planning.
