试论高等教育评价导向的透视与反思

高等教育事业的发展关系到国家人才强国战略的实施效果,影响人才培养的有效性和人才竞争力的发展。就目前而言,全世界范围内都在大力助推高等教育工作的长效发展,并积极采取多元化的方案来提升教学质量,以满足当前社会对于高素质人才的迫切需求。我国是一个注重高等教育事业发展的国家,相关专家学者在一系列的教育研究中发现推进高等教育评价在提升教育事业发展质量方面有着重要作用。针对这样的情况,我国要进一步助推高等教育评价工作,引导相关部门做好评价导向的透视和研究,以便形成对高校教育发展的有效指导。

The development of higher education is related to the implementation effect of national talent strategy,the effectiveness of talent training and the development of talent competitiveness.At present,the world is vigorously promoting the long-term development of higher education,and actively adopt diversified programs to improve the quality of teaching,to meet the current society’s urgent demand for high-quality talents.China is a country that pays attention to the development of higher education,and in a series of education research found that promoting higher education evaluation in improving the quality of education development has a prominent advantage.In view of this situation,China should further promote the work of higher education evaluation,and do a good job in the evaluation-oriented perspective and research efforts,so as to form effective guidance for the development of higher education.
