“非双”高校应届本科毕业生就业困境与对策研究

A Study on the Employment Dilemma and Countermeasures of “Non Double” University Graduates

在如今的教育环境以及就业环境下,"非双"高校本科毕业生与双一流高校本科毕业生所能够获得的教育资源、就业资源的差距越来越大。其基本表现形式为:教育资源的差距大导致就业资源分配不均,从而导致大量优质就业机会向重点高校毕业生倾斜。"非双"高校本科毕业生在毕业季求职时往往会面临就业不理想甚至待业的尴尬局面,在就业竞争时处于劣势地位。基于此,文章分析两者在面对就业市场时,出现差距的原因,并给出建议帮助"非双"高校本科毕业生从高墙下突围,找到心仪的工作。

In today’s education and employment environment in China,the gap between"non key"university graduates and"key construction"university graduates in education resources and employment resources is also growing.This phenomenon is directly reflected in:the large gap in educational resources leads to unfair distribution of employment resources,which leads to a large number of excellent employment opportunities obtained by graduates of key universities,"non key"university graduates will face the embarrassing situation that they can not find suitable jobs or even have no job opportunities in many times.In a word,"non key"college students are at a disadvantage in the employment competition.Combined with the above background,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons for the gap between the two types of graduates in the face of the employment market,and give suggestions to help"non key"college graduates improve their employment ability and find suitable jobs.
