Research on the Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into College Students’ Career Planning Teaching

该文通过分析职业生涯规划课程现状与存在的问题,积极探索将创新创业教育融入大学生职业生涯规划课程的有效途径和方法,使全体学生在接受职业生涯规划指导的同时,也能获得创新创业启蒙教育,潜移默化地激发学生的创新精神、树立创业意识,更好地帮助学生建立明确清晰的职业发展目标,实现以创业带动就业。

By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of career planning courses,this paper actively explores the effective ways and methods to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into college students’career planning courses,so that all students can receive the guidance of career planning,at the same time,they can also obtain the enlightenment education of innovation and entrepreneurship,imperceptibly stimulate students’innovation spirit,establish entrepreneurship awareness,and better help students to establish clear career development goals,to achieve entrepreneurship driven employment.
