摘要
本文首先针对电气控制以及PLC进行了简单的分析,指出PLC在自动化电气控制当中的应用应当以电气控制电路为基础,实现电气控制电路转化为PLC的逻辑指令,以此来实现PLC的自动化电气控制。此外,还进一步探究了PLC可以实现的自动控制功能和PLC在自动化电气控制中的具体实现思路,并依托具体的基于PLC的自动化电气控制系统案例来分析PLC的具体应用和可靠性,仅供参考。
In this paper,first of all,in view of the electrical control and PLC has carried on the simple analysis,points out that the application of PLC in automatic electric control should be based on the electrical control circuit,electrical control circuit into PLC logic instruction,in order to realize the automation of PLC electrical control,still further to explore the function of PLC can realize the automatic control and PLC in the automatic electric control concrete implementation approach,and based on a specific automatic electric control system based on PLC case to analyze the specific applications and reliability of the PLC,only supplies the reference.
