摘要
"互联网+"背景下,利用互联网+教学、互联网+教辅软件等,将教师的引导与学生自主学习结合,在发挥教师讲授作用的同时彰显学生的学习主动性与创造性。以"食品中防腐剂检测"实验为载体探讨基于"互联网+"背景BOPPPS教学模式在河南牧业经济学院食品质量与安全专业《仪器分析》课程中的具体实践,着重探究BOPPPS教学模式应用于传统课堂的教改效果和实践应用。
Based on the background of"Internet plus",this paper combines teacher’s guidance with students’self-regulated learning by using Internet+teaching,Internet+instructional software in the purpose of the student’s study initiative and the creativity.Taking the experiment of"detection of preservatives in food"as the carrier,this paper focuses on the concrete practice and the application of the BOPPPS teaching mode of BOPPPS teaching mode in instrumental analysis in the course of food quality and safety of our university,in the course of the teaching model in the traditional classroom teaching reform and practical application will be protruded.
