摘要
国家根据行业实际需求情况,选择从业人员量大面广、专业性较强、具有行业代表性的工种开展各种形式的职业技能竞赛,加强高技能人才队伍建设,促进技术交流和技艺切磋,完善岗位练兵和技术比武的长效机制,进而提高一线生产操作人员的技能水平,保证工程建设质量安全。该文分析了在教师职业能力竞赛的背景下,以《钢结构施工》课程为例,研究探讨《钢结构施工》教学设计,该文将从教学项目设计、教学项目实施、教学项目效果、教学项目信息技术应用、课后反思与改进等方面进行研究,并从具体案例中展开分析。
All types of occupational skill competitions are performed by selection of job positions with large employees,strong speciality and industrial representativeness in reality,the team establishment ofhighly-skilled employees is strengthened,technical and skill communication is promoted,and a long term mechanism of post practice and technical competition is improved,so that the skill of production operators can be improved and the quality safety of engineering construction can be ensured.The teaching design of steel structure construction is researched and discussed under the background of teacher occupational ability competition by taking the course of steel structure construction.The specific cases are extended based on the researches on design,actualization,effect and informative technology application of teaching programs,and after-class rethinking and improving.
