摘要
创客空间在当前大学生实践能力的培养中起着非常重要的作用,然而关于如何发挥它的效能,目前仍然处于探索之中。为提升电子信息大类专业大学生创客空间在大学生人才培养质量中的有效性,借鉴企业化经营实践中的"企业化管理"思想,探索构建并实践了大学生创客空间的运维模式。通过该模式的实施,提升了创客空间服务大学生实践创新能力培养的效力。
Maker space plays a very important role in the cultivation of practical ability for college students, but how to make it work is still being explored. In order to improve the effectiveness of talent training in maker space for the college students of majoring in electronic information, this paper explores and practices the operation and maintenance mode of maker space by referring the idea of enterprise-style management. Through the implementation of this model, the effectiveness of the training for the practice and innovation ability of the makerspace is enhanced.
