摘要
大学生创新创业能力训练适应创新型社会的发展的需求,是大学教育的发展方向。该研究通过教师、大学生、研究生三方互动构建多个定向研究组,各组分工明确,有效互助,运转有序。通过构建三阶体系逐步提高大学生创新思维、创新实践能力、沟通能力、团队合作能力。通过实践,取得一系列大学生创新成果,促进了学生对专业的认知、认同,热爱;提高了研究生独立科研的能力,实现自我价值的肯定;丰富了指导教师创新创业教育实践经验,加深了对教育事业的热爱。
The training of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability meets the needs of the development of innovative society,which is the development direction of college education.In this study,a number of directional research groups were established through interaction among teachers,college students and graduate students,with clear division of labor,effective mutual assistance and orderly operation.Through the construction of a three-stage system,students’innovative thinking,innovative practice ability,communication ability and teamwork ability can be gradually improved.Through practice,a series of innovative achievements of college students have been achieved,which has promoted students’cognition,identification and love for their major.Improve the ability of the graduate students to carry out independent scientific research,and realize the affirmation of self-value;It enriched teachers’practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship education and deepened their love for education.
