摘要
地方普通本科高校面临的学生就业问题与人才培养密切相关。通过科学定位、合理设置专业、创新人才培养模式、打造"双师型"师资队伍、加强就业创业指导与服务,实现人才培养与学生就业联动,提高毕业生就业创业能力。
The employment problems of students faced by local undergraduate universities are closely related to talent training programs.Through scientific positioning,reasonable setting of programs,innovative talent training models,construction of a"double-type teacher"faculty,and strengthening of employment and entrepreneurship guidance and services,the universities ameliorate the linkage of talent training and employment,and improve the employability and entrepreneurial competence of the graduate students.
