"互联网+"背景下加强高校行政管理信息化建设,对促进管理智能化与文档标准化有着现实意义。但行政管理信息化建设是系统性工程,存在的行政管理人员素质低、软硬件设施配备不足、思想观念滞后等问题不能忽视。对此,应当积极落实加强人才培养与完善管理制度等措施,以促进高校行政管理工作顺利展开。

Strengthening the informatization construction of university administration under the Internet plus background has practical significance for promoting the intellectualization of management and standardization of documents.However,the construction of administrative information is a systematic project,which has many problems,such as the low quality of administrative personnel,the lack of hardware and software facilities,and the lag of ideology.In this regard,we should actively implement measures such as strengthening personnel training and improving the management system,so as to promote the smooth development of university administration.
