大学生创新创业教育与法律教育融合发展路径研究

Research on the Integrated Development Path of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Legal Education

法律风险贯穿于大学生创新创业全过程,各类法律问题的错误处理是大学生创业失败的重要因素。当前大学生创新创业教育实践缺乏与法律教育的有效融合,导致大学生法治意识和风险防范意识薄弱。在创新创业法律教育实践中,存在内容滞后、团队单一、实践性弱等缺陷,未能发挥法律教育的保驾护航功能。应当从课程体系、师资队伍、实践平台三方面着手,推动大学生创新创业教育与法律教育融合发展,构建大学生创新创业法律教育保障机制,提高创业成功率。

There’re various of legal risks through the whole process of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship.The wrong handling of the legal issues has become an important factor in the failure of college students’entrepreneurship.At present,the practice of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education is lack of effective integration with legal education,which leads to the weak awareness of rule of law and risk prevention among college students.In the practice of legal education for innovation and entrepreneurship,there are such defects as lagging content,single team and weak practicality,which fail to play the escort function of legal education.We should start from the following three aspects:curriculum system,teaching staff and practice platform,to promote the integrated development of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education and legal education,establish a legal education guarantee mechanism for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
