应用型高校双创赋能地方产业发展的路径探究

当前,国家正在积极推进发展数字经济和加快发展新一代信息技术产业实现创新驱动发展,应用型高校智力资源如何主动参与地方产业创新驱动发展、主动融入产业升级转型是亟待解决的问题。以南宁学院与北京华晟经世信息技术有限公司校企合作,产教融合为例,以"经世优创"平台为载体,通过"智慧链接,构建互联网+创新中心""云化分享,搭建服务媒介"和"搭建宽平台,提供实践舞台"等路径来破解双创赋能地方产业发展的困境。

At present, the country is actively promoting the development of digital economy and accelerating the development of a new generation of information technology industry to achieve innovation driven development. How to actively participate in the innovation driven development of local industries and actively integrate into the industrial upgrading and transformation of applied university intellectual resources is an urgent problem to be solved. Taking Nanning University and Beijing Huasheng Jingshi Information Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, the integration of industry and education is taken as an example. The platform of "creating the Internet plus innovation center", "cloud sharing, building service media" and "building a wide platform and providing a stage for practice" are adopted to solve the dilemma of the development of local industries.
