辅导员校本培训中融入马克思主义美育观的逻辑探究

当前,高校美育工作成为教育部门和社会各界日趋重视的一个内容,事关能否将大学生培养成为坚定的马克思主义者,德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的高等教育目标。在这一过程中,高校辅导员自身的美育水平起着内生动力的作用。与此同时,高校辅导员校本培训作为其素质提升的重要平台,发挥着不可低估的作用。明确马克思主义美育观的意涵,分析辅导员校本培训中融入马克思主义美育观的逻辑可行性,有助于推动新时代的高校美育工作发展和辅导员队伍建设。

At present,the aesthetic education work in colleges and universities has become a content that the education department and all sectors of society pay more and more attention to.It is related to the higher education goal of cultivating college students to be the firm Marxists and the socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.In this process,the aesthetic education level of college counselors plays an endogenous role.At the same time,school-based training for college counselors plays an important role in improving their quality.To clarify the meaning of Marxist aesthetic education view and analyze the logical feasibility of incorporating Marxist aesthetic education view into the school-based training of counselors is helpful to promote the development of aesthetic education work in colleges and universities in the new era and the construction of counselors’team.
