民办高校是社会主义教育事业不可或缺的一部分。如何提高民办高校毕业生高质量就业能力,促进高质量就业是社会和高校一直关注的焦点。文章在给出高质量就业定义的基础上,分析民办高校大学生就业现状——以南通理工学院为例,及影响大学生高质量就业的因素,并给出相应的合理化建议。

Private colleges are an indispensable part of socialist education.How to improve the high-quality employment ability of private college graduates and promote high-quality employment is the focus of social and college attention.Based on the definition of high-quality employment,this paper analyzes the employment status of private college students-take Nantong Institute of Technology as an example and the factors that affect the high-quality employment of college students,and gives some reasonable suggestions.
