跨专业企业经营创新创业实训课程的调查分析——以江汉大学为例

Investigation and Analysis of Training Courses on Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Cross-specialized Enterprises——Taking Jianghan University as an example

跨专业企业经营创新创业实训课程是集中利用一段时间,将同年级不同专业的学生组织起来,按照一定要求组成众多虚拟仿真机构,模拟真实市场环境,进行模拟运营,期间穿插一系列的商业活动,从而达到深化学生专业知识,提升专业技能,提高学生就业能力的目的。该实训课程应该在实训时间安排、策划实训内容、实训过程管理和考核、组建完整专业的实训教师团队等方面提升实训效果。

The cross major enterprise management innovation entrepreneurship training courses will be organized with different specialized student to do business simulations in different roles in a virtual simulation of the organization by using the simulation platform in a relatively concentrated time,which to improve students’professional knowledge and professional skills,so as to improve students’ability to employment.We should adjust practical training course time,plan raining process management and assessment by collective lesson preparation and we should build a complete professional practical training teacher team.
