由于特殊教育教师的教育对象相对特殊,因此高等院校需要不断加强学生专业训练技能、丰富特殊教育专业知识内容,更好的顺应当前特殊教育的发展需求。我国高等院校在培养特殊教育专业人才过程中,需要全面分析当前专业人才培养现状,不断优化培养人才方案,为我国特殊教育提供更多的优秀专业人才。文章将以当前培养专业人才现状为切入点,根据实际情况,合理提出相关建议。

Because the education objects of special education teachers are relatively special,colleges and universities need to continuously strengthen students’professional training skills,enrich the content of special education expertise,and better meet the current development needs of special education.In the process of training special education professionals in China’s colleges and universities,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the current status of professional training,and constantly optimize the training plan,so as to provide more outstanding professional talents for special education in China.This article will take the current situation of cultivating professional talents as the starting point,and make relevant suggestions based on the actual situation.
