摘要
互联网时代及信息化的高速发展带来了当代大学生就业生态的巨大变化,大学生的就业现状也随之受到深刻影响,传统就业指导方式受到冲击。该文对学生就业现状及就业指导对策进行了分析。
The rapid development of the Internet age and information technology has brought about great changes in the employment ecology of contemporary college students.The employment status of college students has also been deeply affected,and the traditional employment education guidance has been impacted.This article has carried on the analysis to the student employment present situation and the education guidance countermeasure.
