关于提升城市轨道交通行业校企合作水平的研究

Research on the Promotion of School-enterprise Cooperation Level in Urban Rail Transit Industry

校企合作培养模式在现阶段高职教育中得到广泛应用,立足于理论知识服务指导,将学生掌握理论知识技能应用于实际工作中,发展学生职业素养,提升学生岗位适应性。但是纵观现阶段高校校企合作人才培养模式的应用,部分高职院校仍处于初步应用阶段,无法最大化发挥出校企合作人才培养的功能与效用。基于此,该文针对提升城市轨道交通行业校企合作水平的措施进行探析。

The school-enterprise cooperative training mode has been widely applied in higher vocational education at the present stage. Based on the guidance of theoretical knowledge service, it applies students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge and skills to practical work, develops students’ professional quality, and improves their job adaptability.However, the application of school-enterprise cooperative personnel training mode in colleges and universities shows that some higher vocational colleges are still in the preliminary application stage, and cannot maximize the function and utility of school-enterprise cooperative personnel training. Based on this, this paper analyzes the measures to improve the level of school-enterprise cooperation in urban rail transit industry.
