基于精准资助的高校家庭经济困难学生认定机制探讨

随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平不断提升,社会对高校学生的关注程度也越来越高。在科教兴国和人才战略发展的大背景下,国家每年投入大笔资金用于帮助困难大学生完成学业,力争做到教育公平和社会和谐。当前,资助贫困学生就读已成为高校工作的重要组成。精准定位特困学生是完成精准资助工作的基础和前提,是各高校扶贫工作的重点和难点。该文以精准资助的重要作用为切入点,详细探讨当前精准资助工作中存在的问题,并提出借助大数据和互联网等现代化技术对特困学生进行精准认定,力求为高校定位特困学生工作的开展增添助益。

With the rapid development of society and economy,people’s living standards are constantly improving,and the society is paying more and more attention to college students.In the context of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the development of the talent strategy,the state invests a large amount of funds every year to help difficult college students complete their studies,striving to achieve educational equity and social harmony.At present,subsidizing poor students to study has become an important part of university work.Accurate positioning of students in extreme poverty is the basis and premise of accurate financial aid,and is the focus and difficulty of poverty alleviation in universities and colleges.Taking the important role of precise funding as the starting point,this paper discusses in detail the problems existing in the current precise funding work,and proposes to accurately identify the students with the help of modern technology such as big data and the Internet,so as to add help to the work of locating the students with extreme poverty in colleges and universities.
