中美基础教育教学改革创新的路径探析

Comparison and Enlightenment of Teaching Reform and Innovation in Basic Education Between China and the United States——An Investigation Report on Compulsory Education in the United States by 2017 Rural Leaders’ Seminar in Jiangsu Province

2019年4月,江苏全省各地29名校长参加了"江苏省乡村领军校长教育政策专项研修项目"的培训。通过参访和集中培训,对美国中小学义务教育有了初步的了解和认识。基础教育改革要在坚持继承中创新和扬弃中突破,学习借鉴美国基础教育的先进理念和经验,对基础教学工作进行突破改革和创新,从细节入手优化教学环境,公平对待学生,充分尊重和重视学生自信心,鼓励个性发展及创造性,开启孩子们的想象力创造力。该文就考察后的总结,分析了中美基础教育的不同之处,对基础教育改革有更深刻的认识。

In April 2019, 29 principals from all parts of Jiangsu Province participated in the training of "special training program for education policy of rural leaders in Jiangsu Province". Through visiting and centralized training, we have a preliminary understanding of compulsory education in American primary and secondary schools. In the reform of basic education, we should insist on innovation in inheritance and breakthrough in sublation, learn from the advanced ideas and experience of American basic education, carry out breakthrough reform and innovation in basic teaching, optimize teaching environment from details, treat students fairly, fully respect and value students’ self-confidence, encourage individual development and creativity, and open up their imaginative creativity. This paper analyzes the differences between the basic education of China and the United States, and has a deeper understanding of the basic education reform.
