挖掘每门课程的思想政治教育资源,是新形势下高等学校改进思想政治工作、全面落实立德树人要求的重要抓手。公共管理专业本科人才培养不仅要把课程思政摆在更为突出的位置,而且拥有极其丰富的思政素材,理应走在时代前列。文章对《房地产管理》课程的思政目标做了总体设计,并推演挖掘出思政教育的15项内容(但不限于),任课教师可以从中选择。文章列出的15项内容对其他社会科学类课程任课教师也有很好的参考价值。

To tap the ideological and political education resources of each course is an important starting point for colleges and universities to improve their ideological and political work and fully implement the requirements of moral education and human cultivation in the New Era. The cultivation of undergraduates majoring in public administration should not only put the ideological and political education of the course in a more prominent position, but also has extremely rich ideological and political materials and should take the lead of work. The paper has designed the goal of Ideological and political education in the course of real estate management, deduced and excavated 15 contents of Ideological and Political Education for teachers to choose from. The 15 contents also have a good reference value for other social science course teachers.
