高职师范教育为社会发展培育准教师,需要教师具有创新能力,更好地适应社会发展,提升学校教育教学质量。这一人才培育目标要求,需要高职师范院校推进专业教育与师范生创新创业教育的相互融合,使师范生不仅学习专业课程知识,而且促进师范生创新创业能力的培育。对此,文本着重分析高职师范生创新能力培育的教学体系构建价值,论述高职师范生创新能力培育存在的主要问题,提出高职师范生创新能力培育的教学体系构建策略。
