高职院校学生干部在新时期学生管理工作中扮演着愈发重要的角色,但同时存在诸多问题。该文以高职院校学生干部的培养与教育为出发点,结合学生干部自身存在问题以及学生组织存在问题,提出学生干部培养与教育的对策建议。

Student cadres in higher vocational colleges play an increasingly important role in student management in the new era,but there are many problems at the same time.This paper takes the training and education of student cadres in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,combines the existing problems of student cadres and the problems of student organization,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the training and education of student cadres.
