摘要
在高校转型发展的冲击下,物流管理专业师资总量和结构、素质和能力问题日益凸显,师资队伍建设与学校发展战略规划不相适应的矛盾亟待解决,基于此,该文在应用型本科院校转型发展的大环境下,以物流管理专业"双师双能型"的教师队伍建设为出发点,从所面临的具体问题出发,提出双师双能型师资队伍的建设路径。
Under the impact of universities transformation and development,the problems of total quantity,structure,quality and ability of logistics management teachers have become increasingly prominent.The contradiction between the construction of teaching staff and the strategic planning of school development needs to be solved urgently.Based on this,in the context of the transformation and development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,this paper takes the construction of"two teachers and two abilities"of logistics management as the starting point Starting from the specific problems faced,this paper puts forward the construction path of"double teachers and double abilities"teaching staff.
