摘要
通过对北京某高校生命学院在校研究生问卷调查以及2019届毕业研究生进行就业追踪调查,分析了生物医药研究生的就业状况;发现了研究生就业过程中存在的问题和原因;提出了研究生培养过程中相应的对策和建议。结合"90后"研究生个性化的特点,引导正确的就业观,加强自我定位和综合素质的提升,加强行业认知和职业生涯规划的开展,以期提高生物医药研究生的就业质量。
Through a questionnaire survey of graduate students in a college of life in Beijing and an employment tracking survey of graduate students in 2019,this paper analyzes the employment status of biomedical graduate students,finds out the problems and reasons in the process of graduate employment,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the process of graduate training.Combined with the characteristics of"post-90 s"postgraduates,we should guide the correct concept of employment,strengthen the promotion of self orientation and comprehensive quality,strengthen the development of industry cognition and career planning,so as to improve the quality of employment of biomedical postgraduates.
