思政意识形态管理视角下高校学生管理创新探究

Research on the Management Innovation of College Students from the Perspective of Ideological and Ideological Management

随着我国当前高校学生管理改革工作推进,对高校学生管理要求越来越高。尤其是在意识形态下的高校学生管理中,更应该注重对学生管理方法转变。实践表明,在意识形态下的学生教育中,可以转变传统学生管理思维,能够为学生管理提供依据,有助于提高学生意识水平。鉴于此,该文就从思政意识形态管理视角看高校学生管理分析进行了探讨,主要阐述了高校学生管理中意识形态管理的必要性,就高校学生管理中存在的问题及相应的教学策略实施做出了分析,以期在该文研究帮助下,能够为高校学生管理提供帮助。

With the promotion of the current management reform of college students in China,the demand for college students’management is increasing.Especially in the management of college students under ideology,we should pay more attention to the transformation of management methods of students.The practice shows that in the education of students under ideology,it can transform the traditional thinking of student management,provide the basis for student management,and help to improve the level of students’consciousness.In view of this,this paper discusses the analysis of college students’management from the perspective of ideological management of thought and administration.This paper makes an analysis of the implementation of the strategy,with a view to providing assistance to the management of the university students with the help of this paper.
