依托高职商科类专业社团建设的双创能力培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ability Relying on the Construction of Business Professional Associations in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校将创新创业教育培养纳入了人才培养体系,但存在"重课程、轻实践、少平台、缺实战"的问题,高职商科类专业社团以其独有的特性可以弥补双创能力培养没有落到实处的缺陷,该文从商科类专业特点出发,阐述了双创能力培养融入专业社团和专业教育的意义,并对双创能力培养创新模式进行了研究。

Higher vocational colleges have brought innovation and entrepreneurship education into the talent training system,but there are problems of"emphasizing courses,neglecting practice,less platforms,and lacking practical combat".The business professional associations in higher vocational colleges can make up for the defects of the lack of implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability training with their unique characteristics.Starting from the characteristics of business professional,this paper expounds the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship ability training into professional associations and colleges,the significance of industry education,and the innovative model of entrepreneurship and innovation ability training were studied.
