基于核心素养培养的农村美术教育改革研究——以河南师范大学美术学院“国培计划”课程改革为例

教育部2014年首次提出了"核心素养体系"概念。根据美术学科核心素养概念与农村美术教育改革趋势,河南师范大学美术学院积极分析现有"国培计划"培养方案的优势与问题,大胆创新,推动课程结构合理化和课程内容多元化,落实差异化的课程实施方式,体现了基于核心素养本位的美术教学方式的转变,从而进一步增强参培教师专业能力和综合能力。

In 2014,The Ministry of Education proposed the concept of"Core Competencies and Values System"firstly.According to the concept of"Core Competencies and Values"of fine art and The reform trend of rural art education,The College of Fine Arts of He’nan Normal University actively analyzes the existing advantages and problems of the training programs.They promote a rationalization of course structure and diversification of course content in the form of innovation.Their efferts reflects the change of art teaching method based on"Core Competencies and Values System"and furtherly enhances the teachers’professional ability and comprehensive ability.
