摘要
多学科交叉融合是实现创新型人才培养进而推动我国现代教育不断发展的重要手段。该文以我国跨学科教育发展现状分析为基础,通过总结国内外跨学科、跨院系人才培养模式与组织形式,提出适于我国高校的跨院系融合策略。
Interdisciplinary integration is an important means to realize the cultivation of innovative talents and promote the continuous development of modern education in China.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of interdisciplinary education,this paper summarizes the cultivation modes and organizational forms of interdisciplinary and inter-departmental talents at home and abroad and puts forward the inter-departmental integration strategies suitable for Chinese universities.
