为了深入贯彻落实党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,促进高校大学毕业生更多渠道就业创业,迫切要求高校拓宽大学生基层就业渠道,服务乡村振兴战略,实施高校毕业生基层成长计划。新时代大学生基层就业工作中开展思想政治教育是着眼人才培养大局,遵循思想政治教育规律,建立基层就业实践长效机制的必然要求。新时代将高校思想政治工作融入就业指导服务体系当中的研究十分必要,通过思想政治工作方法加深大学毕业生对基层就业前景的认知,提升对基层就业发展的认同感。不断创新大学生思想政治工作方法,是对高校开展基层就业中思想政治教育工作发展的内驱推动力。
