摘要
该研究对包含了知识、技能、态度及个人特质4类25项公安院校教师教学能力评价指标的权重及相关问题进行的实证研究,利用网上问卷调查平台,通过对公安教育管理专家进行3轮的专家咨询,使专家们在专家结构、指标构成"增"与"减"、指标权重赋予3个问题上,达成了较为一致的结论(以权重赋值的标准差和IQR为依据)。
In this study,it include the knowledge,skills,attitudes and personal qualities such as 4 class 25 public security colleges and universities teachers’teaching ability evaluation index weights and related problems of empirical study,using online survey platform,through the management of public security education experts three rounds of expert consultation,the index of the experts in the expert structure,constitute a"gain"and"reduction",the index weight assigned to the three questions,reached a relatively consistent conclusion(Based on standard deviation and IQR of weight assignment).
